About Boost Reading Texas

What is Boost Reading Texas?

Our personalized learning programs are being renamed for next school year under our new Boost brand of programs. Formerly named Amplify Reading Texas, this change is purely for the name and logo; the product will otherwise stay the same. You’ll continue to have access to the program(s) you know and love, under the new Boost name. Beginning in July 2023, you’ll see the name change after logging in to learning.amplify.com.

Boost Reading Texas K–5 edition is a personalized, student-driven digital program that immerses students in phonological awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension strategies. Boost Reading Texas is a personalized, student-driven program that teaches critical literacy skills while taking kids on a whimsical reading adventure they will beg you to play.

Boost Reading Texas 6–8 edition is a digital reading program designed to teach analytic reading through instruction and practice using both literary and informational texts. The program takes the form of an interactive graphic novel called The Last Readers, in three “books” of 6-8 chapters.

Boost Lectura is a research-based, digital literacy curriculum that provides personalized, authentic Spanish literacy instruction and practice for students in Grades K–2, and is the only program to include instruction based on the latest research in comprehension and a fully adaptive scope and sequence.

Why are there students missing from my class roster?
If a student(s) doesn’t appear on your class roster, they were most likely missing from the roster data provided by your district during the enrollment process. Please contact your district administrator to request that the student(s) be added.

Why do I see only a blank page – nothing appears to load – when trying to access an Amplify program page (like learning.amplify.com)?
A blank screen is often a sign that the website is being blocked by a school’s content filter. Please check with your IT group to confirm that the URLs on this page have been allowed for your district network. Alternatively, check to ensure “cookies” are accepted on your device.
