Unified educator home

Here, you will find instructions and tips to access and navigate the new unified educator home.

Navigation

Unified home page

Navigate to learning.amplify.com to access the new unified educator home and all licensed programs.

In order to access mClass for assessment, reporting, or rostering purposes (via SSE), select mCLASS.

Admin view

Administrators will be redirected automatically to the Reporting and Analysis Suite, as shown here.

Educator view

Educators will be redirected to the Classroom Reporting Suite, as shown here.

As shown above, both educators and administrators have access to the Assessment tab, the Intervention tab (if applicable), and the mClass Reporting Demo.

Reporting

To access Reports, administrators can click on Admin Reporting and View My Data. This will allow them to select the assessment and report for which they are looking to pull data.

Assessment

Educators and administrators will select the Assessment button on the top of the screen to launch educator-Administered Assessments or Student Online Assessments.

Important to Note

Teacher-administered assessments will not be available until rostering is complete.

Rostering

For mClass Admin, applicable users will select the Programs and Apps waffle on the top left side of their screen from any location within the educator Home.

  1. This will bring the user to the Self-Service Enrollment (or mClass Admin) portal.
  2. Users can be added manually by clicking on the blue button in the top right corner to either Add Staff, Add Students, Add Classes, or Add Groups.
  3. Users can also access the Batch Enrollment feature to participate in the five-file upload process for mClass.

For all users, this will prompt the app drawer. For designated users, the mClass Admin button will be available under Tools, as shown below.

Training and resources

Users can access resources for licensed programs by clicking on the Programs and Apps waffle and referencing the Other Resources section.

Help will take users to the Amplify Help Center for answers to frequently asked questions about all Amplify products. As always, for quick assistance Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM (ET), utilize the orange chat button on the bottom right of your screen.

mClass Resources will take users to the DIBELS 8th Edition Help article, navigating to the section of the article that outlines the How-To Guides for assessing the mClass measures, Administration and Scoring Guide, and other helpful tools.
